Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damaged product.

Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants arrive healthy and in good condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy due to shipping issues, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different plant, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable plants.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and process a replacement or full refund.
